Andara Fembriarto
Director / Writer

Andara Fembriarto is a storyteller who loves to wander in wonders. As a writer/director and videographer based in Jakarta - Indonesia, he creates short films both in live action and animation. Science-fiction and fantasy are the genres that burn his filmmaking passion. He is also active in making documentaries in the form of travel and cultural online series. His best-known short films are The Raining Tree (2013), Splish Splash (2019), and Toya & Her Art Spirit (2023). And his best-known Youtube series are Jalan-Jalan Men and Jurnal Indonesia Kaya. Andara’s passion is to celebrate Indonesian cultural heritage in global screens.

Astrid Saerong
Producer

Astrid Saerong born in 1990, she graduated from film major at University of Multimedia Nusantara. After she graduated from the university, she started her career as assistant director for several feature film. She also produced a short film including Dear to Me directed from Monica Vanesa Tedja (Winner of first cut film award for best short film, Germany and Special Mention Award by Youth Jury Cinema & Gioventù in Locarno film festival). She also just finished her newest short film The Rootless Bloom directed by Rein Maychaelson who got in Busan International Film Festival 2023, in Wide Angle program for short film competition. Now, she is on going produced her first feature film as a producer.

Bagus Suitrawan
Producer

Bagus Suitrawan began as the lead actor in the short Bermula dari A (2011), gaining recognition at the Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival. Venturing into diverse film roles, he started co-producing with Iran for Heaven of Children (2015) directed by Amir Masoud Soheili. Later, he was Co-Producer for Tales of the Otherwords / Ziarah (2017) and Production Manager for Netflix's South Korean action movie Revenger (2018). His recent features include History of Untellable Tales (2022), and the short film Shallot Salad (2023) as Producer.

Bela Nabila
Producer / Scriptwriter

Bela Nabila is a young Producer. She graduated from Multimedia Nusantara University in 2020 and founded Doa Ibu Frameworks, an independent production house. Her work often delves into family-related themes, through teenage characters, seen in audio dramas ‘#DramaKosBeni’ and ‘#DuaDaraDina,’ the short film ‘Letter to Budi.’ Her recent project, ‘A Ballad of Circumcision,’ made it to the Jakarta Film Fund program at Jakarta Film Week 2022. Currently, she co-directs a short musical film ‘Ekskul Keong Mas’ and produces 'The Most Handsome Fish on Earth' with support from LOCK x Full Circle Lab 2023 for story development. Bela also working as a producer for an Indonesian streaming platform.

Bihar Jafarian
Director / Scriptwriter

Bihar Jafarian is a screenwriter and film director from Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. Since 2015 he has made short films and other audiovisual works. Bihar is an alumnus of the FLY ASEAN-Korea Film Incubator, a film-making workshop organized by the Busan Film Commission. His short films have been selected and shown at many festivals such as the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, Bali International Short Film Festival, Jakarta Film Week, nominated at Piala Maya and also shortlisted at Piala Citra for Best Short Film Category. His latest short film Maybe Someday, Another Day, But Not Today (2022) won Best Picture at the Panasonic Young Filmmaker.

Charles Kurniawan
Film Programmer

Charles Kurniawan is currently the Programming Manager of the Singapore Film Society. He graduated from Binus University majoring in Film Production. His short films have been screened at various film festivals. He is an alumnus of various international film programmes: NAFF BiFan Fantastic Film School 2019, SGIFF Youth Jury & Critics Programme 2020, Cinema without Borders Southeast Asia 2021 and CICAE Art Cinema = Action + Management 2021.

Dhiwangkara Seta Rachmat
Director

Dhiwangkara Seta Rachmat a Graphic Design graduate, passionately transitioned to filmmaking. He made his directorial debut in music videos for "Perunggu Tarung Bebas" and "Tender Shoots Alive Again," deeply rooted in Jakarta's music scene. His work earned him recognition at the Anti-Corruption Film Festival, including a bronze medal. The short film he produced, "Liburan Diam-Diam”, was selected for MINIKINO Indonesia Raja. His true passion is in writing and directing, with his debut short film, "Samu The Terrible and His Sin," in post-production, and his first feature film, "Alpa," selected for the Producer's Lab at Jakarta Film Week 2022.

Ellen Xie
Producer

Ellen Xie, an Indonesian producer with two decades of experience in animation production, has a diverse career that began as a 3D artist in the gaming industry. She gradually ascended to the role of a Producer, all while nurturing her passion for creative storytelling. Her journey led her into animation, where she utilized her technical prowess and artistic vision. She then ventured into VFX, broadening her expertise. Notably, Ellen contributed her talents to prestigious animation companies like Lucasfilm, Omens Studio, and Infinite Frameworks during her tenure in Singapore. Right now, her goal with her partner is to expand into long-form content production animation for adult and family target market.

Grace Stefany
Director / Scriptwriter

Grace Stefany studied Film Directing at Chongqing University’s Meishi Film Academy. She has participated in numerous commercials, short films, feature films and docu-series projects as a story developer, scriptwriter, and assistant director. Recently, Grace participated in Indonesiana Story Development Program 2022 where she got mentored by Orlow Seunke, Tom Abrams, and Rayya Makarim. In this Story Lab, Grace got the Best Screenplay Award for her project titled Sides of A Coin. Her short films ideation titled Tomorrow of Yesterday and Windborne Ashes got Top 25 at Layar Indonesiana and Top 20 at Jakarta Film Week’s Short Film Fund respectively.

Hanifah Az Zahra
Scriptwriter

Hanifah Az Zahra is a graduate of Master of Arts, Film Theory from Nanjing University of Arts. His first film, entitled Red Line White Blood (2020), is a short documentary about a wire sculptor and the things that influence his work, such as beliefs, personal wounds, and even homosexuality. Now Zahra is focusing on pursuing a career as a scriptwriter. Her latest script, Insya Allah Amanah, has received a production grant from Bandung FIlm Initiative Award and set to be released in 2024.

Ifan Ismail
Scriptwriter

Ifan Ismail is a scriptwriter and program coordinator at Kineforum DKJ. Starting his career as a screenwriter for TV Show and film critic, since 2012 Ifan has written several screenplays for feature-length films, such as Habibie & Ainun (2012), Di Balik 98 (2015), The Gift (2018), Sultan Agung (2018), and Habibie & Ainun 3 (2019). Some of the awards he has received include Best Screenplay at Festival Film Indonesia 2013 and Outstanding Screenplay Writer at Festival Film Bandung 2018.

Indira Iman
Writer / Director

Indira Iman is an Indonesian film director and writer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She earned her bachelor's degree at Jakarta Institute of Arts' Faculty of Film and Television, and is an alumna of Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) Fantastic Film School. Most recently, her short horror 'Rong' won Air Canada Best Short Film Award at the 24th Toronto Reel Asian, Best Fantastic Women Short at the 11th Cinefantasy film festival Sao Paulo, and is an official selection of the Sundance Film Festival: Asia. Her works have continually explore the personal and political issues in Indonesian society, often with genre as her vehicle and Indonesian traditional cultures and beliefs adding fantastic elements to them.

Kevin Rahardjo

Kevin Rahardjo works as a screenwriter at Come and See Pictures. He's producing Rafki Hidayat's feature directorial debut Parasomnia which won NAFF Award at BIFAN NAFF Market 2023. Additionally, he co-wrote Maiden Home with South Korean director Sinn Kirin, a folk horror project that received VIPO Award at BIFAN NAFF Market 2023 and got selected for Talent Tokyo 2023. His recent graduation short film Accidentally intentional (2023) premiered at Palm Springs International ShortFest 2023 and screened at Nashville, Rhode Island, Red Sea and more.

Lies Nanci Supangkat

Lies Nanci Supangkat, a 2016 graduate of the New York Film Academy, has contributed to films such as Tulang Belulang Tulang (2024), Kitab Kencan (2022), and She Will Find the Sky (2022). These cinematic pieces deeply echo themes of distress, recuperation, and personal discovery. Taking on multifaceted roles as the Producer, Director, Writer, and Editor for notable projects like Bride’s Slave (2019) and Teacher (2020), Nanci adeptly uses the medium of film to ignite discussions on gender dynamics, societal expectations, and the journey of self-improvement.

Moch Asad Azwin
Producer

Moch Asad Azwin starting his career by creating a small community and produce short films and commercial advertisements during his college years. In 2017, he participated in the Go-Video by Gojek, and his film received the "Best Director" award, surpassing over 500 other short films that were submitted. The following year, in 2018 in the same competition, he was awarded "Best Documentary" for his short documentary film Wise and Sunrise. His latest short film titled Stroke received funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture in Indonesia and was officially selected for Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival 2022 and Jakarta Film Week 2023.

Muhammad Akbar Rafsanjani

Muhammad Akbar Rafsanjani works as a program director for the Aceh Film Festival and a film curator for Madani International Film Festival. He is also a program manager at Aceh Documentary, an institution that focuses on developing documentary films in Aceh-Indonesia, and an alumnus of the Asian Cinema Education Course "Film Criticism “Long Written Forms. Film Analysis, Essay and Review", a program initiated by Five Flavors Asian Film Festival.

Muttaqiena Imaamaa
Director / Scriptwriter

Muttaqiena Imaamaa is a writer-director. He started his writing career with several narrative TV series in Indonesia, one of which was “Malam Minggu Miko”, In 2016, his short film “Arang and Asa” won the Best Video award at the GoVideo competition, and The Most Popular Microfilm at the WebTVAsia Awards held in Seoul, South Korea. In 2018, his "Aliansi" series won the Best Comedy Program in the Asian Academy Creative Awards. In 2023, he co-wrote his first original Netflix series, Komedi Kacau, which is scheduled to debut at the close of this year.

Olivia Griselda

Olivia is an Indonesian director, producer, and writer based in Singapore. She co-directed and produced animated comedy short film She and Her Good Vibrations (2023), which will premiere in Singapore International Film Festival. The project was featured on VICE.com and raised USD 8.5K via Kickstarter.Her experimental short film Rite of Passage (2021) played in Minikino Film Week’s Bali International Short Film Festival and Athens International Film and Video Festival (an Oscars-qualifying film festival).She produced Panggilan Terakhir (2022) (commissioned by Singapore’s Changi Airport), which screened in Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia (Japan) and Show Me Shorts (New Zealand).

Praditha Blifa
Scriptwriter / Director

Praditha Blifa's passion for directing and scriptwriting was raised at Jogja Film Academy. She believes strong characters and stories can bring the audience closer to the film. In 2016, she founded Aranck Project, a film production collective. Praditha's recent work is a short film focused on a blind teenager, funded by Jogja Film Pitch & Fund 2022. She is a part of the Fourcolours Films story development team and assistant director, she also actively contributes to various film and miniseries projects. Currently, Praditha is developing her first feature film as a scriptwriter.

Rachmat Mustamin
Director / Writer / Lecturer

Rachmat Mustamin work as a director-writer based in Makassar. His interested in regional, political, and violent trauma issues has lad him to produce poetry, film, and video art. His play "The Sketches in Heritage Gardens”, won the Rawayan Award by the Jakarta Arts Council in 2022. His video art, "Patience" 2023, is about the interpretation of the poems by Indonesian phenomenal poet Chairil Anwar, produced by Miles Films. His new short film project received production grant from Palari Films in LOCK x Full Circle Lab 2023. Currently, he works as Director of Programs and Cooperation at Rumata' ArtSpace, Makassar, Indonesia.

Rafki Hidayat
Director / Scriptwriter

Rafki Hidayat wrote several feature films including Kafir: Bersekutu dengan Setan (2018), Makmum 2 (2021) and latest Screenplay Bumilangit’s superhero film Virgo & the Sparklings (2023). Recently he wrote several episodes of the upcoming Netflix original series Nightmares and Daydreams created by Joko Anwar. Rafki won the prestigious NAFF Award at BIFAN NAFF Market 2023 for his feature directorial debut project, Parasomnia.

Re Fakhri

Re Fakhri made his film debut as a film producer in 2015 at Satu Layar Film Community in Indonesian University of Education. To this date, he has produced dozens of short films and several of them have been selected and screened at various festivals, including: Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, Piala Maya, Jakarta Film Week, Bali International Short Film Festival, Indonesia Raja, Ganesha Film Festival, Sewon Screening, Bandung Independent Film Festival and many more.

Rein Maychaelson
Director / Scriptwriter

Rein Maychaelson growing up as a minority and growing up in many racial and political polemics in his country, makes him question a lot of things regarding his well being and his existence in the society he’s in. Family, social and political issues have always been his main topic in his work. His short films, Happiness of the Holy and Udin Telekomsel, both have been screened at Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival. In 2018, his short film, Errorist of Seasons won the Viddsee Juree Awards. Maychaelson was awarded as Rising Filmmaker in Popcon Asia 2018.  This year, he continues to share his stories through a short film called ‘The Rootless Bloom’ competed in Wide Angle section of 28th Busan International Film Festival, 2023. His feature debut project with title, ‘The Burning Land’ also won fellowship prize from South East Asia Film LAB.

Rizaldy Bagas

Rizaldy Bagas was born in Surabaya, Indonesia on June 15, 1998. He grew up in Bandung, and went to a film study in Padjadjaran University. Most of his works are short film, as Director-Writer. In 2020 he become one of Producer of indie feature film THE BOY WITH MOVING IMAGE (2020). After graduated, he worked as a freelance commercial director in Bandung & Jakarta. He continued to make short films in 2022, he was selected in various local Script Lab for short film and Producers Lab for develop feature film titled Family Painting.

Roufy Nasution

Roufy Nasution is an Indonesian film Director and Writer, born in Jakarta, on December 1994. His films have been screened in various festivals. He always has an interest in bringing daily life tragedy into an irrational way through the film and he also believes a film should be a poetic, humorous, and entertaining experience. His Visual Communication Design degree became an enormous influence in translating his vision. He also crafts some audio-visual work such as web series, music videos, and commercials. Sarah Rostia Debby graduated from the University of Picardie Jules Verne, Amiens, France in 2014, majoring in Performing Arts-Film. Sarah returned to Indonesia and became a Post Production Producer for almost 4 years. Sarah began her career as Line Producer at IDN Pictures from March 2022, with feature-length film titled Qorin (2022) which garnered over 1 million viewers in cinemas throughout Indonesia and became a box office hit in Malaysia.

Sesarini

Sesarini (She/They) likes telling stories through various media. She explored her art with a friend, named Solace Things. In 2022, Solace Things made a film, The Unusual Event; Voices, screened in several regions in Indonesia as part of the Film Musik Makan event and became the official selection at Minikino Film Week 8. Their collage work, Yang Ditanam dan Meledak was exhibited in Bangkok and Jakarta at the Yuwana Exhibition (Asean Youth Forum). Currently she works as a creative manager at Ruang Basbeth Bercerita, and developing two short films, Another Day of Something Unusual and Story of A Child.

Susanti Dewi

Susanti Dewi is an Indonesian film producer who has already produced over 20 films in her 10 years career, together with her husband/director Fajar Nugros. Santi is now the Producer and Head of IDN Pictures. Together with Grace, Santi participated in Indonesiana Story Development Program 2022, where Sides of A Coin won Best Screenplay.

Thea Filisa is a multi-skilled individual with a passion for the arts. From a young age, she developed a love for performance arts and has always been inspired by those who made it their profession. With her background in psychology, Thea brings a unique perspective to her art, infusing it with a deep understanding of the human psyche. As she continues to grow and develop as an artist, Thea has set her sights on becoming the producer in BA Films. Widya Arifianti

Widya Arifianti is a multi-media writer who has worked as a copywriter in an advertising agency, as a musical theater playwright, and as a film screenwriter. Widya kickstarted her career in film when she joined the writer's group of Visinema Pictures in 2020 and wrote the animated film "Nussa". In 2020, Widya developed a coming-of-age series at TorinoFilmLab. Most recently, in 2023, Widya has been developing a feature film at Full Circle Lab Philippines.
